Metabolic nutritionist Becki Siconolfi joins me this week to look at some commonly overlooked factors in the fat loss conversation. While calories are still a crucial element to focus on, Becki tackles other areas that may be presenting problems that you don’t always hear about. I love your podcasts & share most of them. This is the first of your podcasts that I really did not find useful. I do not believe that drinking black coffee & artificial sweeteners will stall a person’s weight loss. A lot that she said contradicted what the guests on your podcasts usually say. As we all know, sleep is important and lack of could cause a person to eat more or move less.

Roma, Thank you so much for listening to the show. I really appreciate you sharing the ones that you’ve found of value. I know from some of the feedback I’ve received that several of my clients resonated with information Becki shared on the show. It’s always a bit of a balancing act bringing on guests from different corners of the industry. I try to glean wisdom from a variety of different people based on much of what I hear my clients discuss and have questions about. I believe there will always be subjects that no matter how often they are presented may take just the right perspective to positively affect a listener at a given time. It has always been my hope that if one episode can help one person, then it was worth the time and effort put in. I am glad to hear that although this particular one was not your favorite that many others which preceded it had a more favorable impression. Please let me know anything I can do in the future to improve the show. Thank you again for tuning in 🙂
